Chartered Accountant - Financial Due Diligence

Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong audit background. Exposure to financial due diligence or transaction advisory is a significant plus.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Project Delivery

- Analyze financial and operational results through review of records, MIS, and discussions with management

- Perform detailed analysis of balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements

- Prepare Excel-based workpapers (zero-defect, review-ready)

- Build and interpret business drivers and operational KPIs

- Conduct benchmarking and industry research

- Assist in financial due diligence, IM drafting, and investor-facing work
