Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Finance & Accounts)

Experience: 8-12 years

Preferably from the real estate sector, with exposure to banking and financial institutions.

Role Summary :

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function, including finalization of books, financial reporting, compliance, banking coordination, and project-wise financial tracking. The role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Finalize balance sheets, financial statements, and ensure timely closure of books.

- Prepare MIS reports for Partners and Management, highlighting key financial insights.

- Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, and compliance with sanction terms.

- Handle one-time and recurring compliance requirements such as stock statements, QIS, CMA, and related submissions.

- Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and ROC requirements.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit closure and support.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.

- Track project-wise financial performance and reporting.

- Strengthen internal controls and support financial planning and decision-making.

Desired Profile :

- Qualified CA with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting and project finance.

- Exposure to banking processes and financial institution requirements.

- Good understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Strong MIS, analytical, and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
