About the Role:

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant for a fast-growing organization to handle direct taxation, internal audit coordination, and finance support for new business initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of tax compliance, audit processes, and business finance setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Taxation:

- Manage end-to-end direct tax compliance including Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax

- Prepare and file income tax returns and handle tax audits

- Respond to tax notices and liaise with authorities

- Support tax planning and optimization strategies

- Track regulatory changes and assess business impact

2. Internal Audit Coordination:

- Act as the finance SPOC for internal audits

- Coordinate audit activities and ensure timely submissions

- Review audit findings and drive closure with stakeholders

- Strengthen internal controls and ensure policy compliance

3. Business Implementation Support:

- Assist in financial and tax structuring for new initiatives

- Set up accounting processes and compliance frameworks

- Work with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution

- Support ERP/system implementation and automation initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong knowledge of direct taxation and compliance

- Experience in audit coordination

- Exposure to business setup or finance transformation is a plus

- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred
