CA - Direct Taxation Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Industry: Health Care Education: Chartered Accountant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax, particularly with the Income Tax Act. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all direct tax-related statutory compliances including income tax return filings, tax audits, and transfer pricing compliance. - Handle TDS compliance and resolve queries related to TDS. - Prepare and arrange tax documents for international payments. - Conduct internal compliance checks, including SOX reconciliation, cash sales verification, and year-end accruals. Advisory: - Provide expert navigation through tax withholding provisions and international tax laws applicable to corporate entities. Litigation: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of timelines and procedures for filing submissions, applications, and appeals relating to tax litigations. Analysis: - Analyze and interpret financial statements and tax returns accurately. - Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with current legislation. Skills: - In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws, including Income Tax Act, 1961, and TDS provisions. - Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Income tax portal utilities, SARAL software) and MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts. - Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
