Chartered Accountant - Debt Syndication - Real Estate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber CA to manage the full credit and debt syndication lifecycle for large-scale projects. This critical role requires a professional with 3-5 years of specialized experience who can flawlessly execute credit submissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide rigorous financial oversight.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing appraisal notes for pipeline deals / deals under consideration

- Preparing credit proposals for submission to bankers

- Handling post-sanction processes including disbursement compliance

- Conducting market research

- Monitoring loan covenants and ensuring compliance

- Preparing periodic submissions for bankers

- Monitoring budgets and cash flows of under-construction projects

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of banking documentation, and the ability to operate proactively in a high-stakes financial environment.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
