What You Will Do:

Core Project Work:

- Review financial statements, MIS, and operational data to assess business performance.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis including revenue trends, margins, cash flow, and working capital.

- Prepare high-quality analytical workpapers and supporting schedules.

- Interpret business drivers and evaluate operational KPIs to identify insights and patterns.

- Support financial due diligence, transaction documentation, and investor-focused deliverables.

- Perform market benchmarking and sector research.

Stakeholder & Client Interaction:

- Work directly with promoters, CXOs, and investment teams to gather information and understand business dynamics.

- Present findings, observations, and red flags in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.

- Handle tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Coordinate data requests, documentation, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.

Team & Internal Collaboration:

- Assist in guiding junior team members and help build technical capabilities.

- Participate in internal reviews, training initiatives, and knowledge enhancement sessions.

- Support the development of better processes, templates, and internal systems.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 13 years of post-qualification experience

- Solid foundation in statutory audit (Big 4 or reputed mid-sized firms preferred)

- Strong working knowledge of financial statements, accounting concepts, and analytics

- Advanced Excel skills; good command over PowerPoint

- Strong communication and ability to simplify complex information

Good-to-Have:

- Experience in due diligence, FP&A, MIS reporting, deal support, or valuations

- Exposure to startup/VC environments

- Comfort with multi-tasking and managing multiple engagements

- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
