CA & CS Position: CA & CS - Director Office Reporting to: Director - Preference given to Candidates who are working or have worked with Director / Chairman / MD office in India. Location: Kolkata Areas of Operation: Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, and Family Office. Job Description: - Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Department for preparing financial plans pertaining to the group companies along with preparing and maintaining Management Information Reports. - Suggest improvements and devise an internal auditing system that detects errors in data, tracks process deviations, streamlines risk assessment, creates criteria for initiating audits, and analyzes data for actionable conclusions. - Work closely with the Director and Departmental Head in the development and management of Family Office with the objective of maximizing portfolio returns. - Coordinate with the Tax Departmental heads and ensure tax compliance by reviewing direct and indirect tax returns and relevant tax provisions. Assist in attending to tax queries. - Identify tax-saving opportunities and formulate tax solutions by working closely with multiple stakeholders. - Work with the Finance & Accounts and other cross-functional teams to implement and improve end-to-end accounting and tax processes to mitigate risks. - Ensure that all the regulatory functions are carried out in a time-bound manner: incorporation of firms, preparation and audit of business reports, filing annual returns, etc. - Act as an advisor to the Director on the matters of corporate governance and companies act. Educational Qualification: - CA & CS (will consider those candidates who cleared both the examination within the first 3 attempts) Compensation: Best in the industry. Experience: Up to 5 years Post CA & CS, preferable experience with anywhere in India who worked in Director / Chairman Office. IT skills: MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Communication skills: Good conversational skills required in Hindi and English.
