Chartered Accountant - Company Incorporation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end company incorporation across UAE Mainland, Freezone and Offshore jurisdictions.

- Advise clients on business structures, licensing and regulatory requirements.

- Handle corporate compliance, UBO, ESR, AML, licence renewals and other statutory requirements.

- Liaise with Freezone authorities, DED/DET, banks and UAE government authorities.

- Assist with business setup, visa processing, bank account opening and corporate documentation.

- Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting and compliance.

- Manage client relationships and business development activities.

- Handle HNW clients, international businesses and cross-border structuring assignments.

- Lead assignments and coordinate with legal, audit and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong experience in UAE Company Incorporation, Corporate Advisory and Compliance.

- Excellent knowledge of UAE business setup regulations and corporate laws.

- Strong experience dealing with Freezones, DED/DET and regulatory authorities.

- Excellent client handling, communication and business development skills.

- Strong UAE market network and connections preferred.

- Ability to independently manage clients and lead assignments.
