About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our CFO, Compliance & Outsourcing Services vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing delivery teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process excellence across finance and outsourcing mandates. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple client engagements under the CFO, Compliance & Outsourcing domain.

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and governance deliverables for clients across industries.

- Partner with clients to provide strategic financial insights and business advisory support.

- Drive cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support clients' strategic goals.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, FEMA, GST, etc.).

- Drive process automation, operational efficiency, and quality delivery across outsourcing functions.

- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

- Collaborate with internal leadership to enhance client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion.

- Stay updated with evolving compliance frameworks, financial reporting standards, and technology tools.

Desired skills & qualifications:

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Experience: 8-10 years in finance, compliance, and outsourcing functions, preferably with consulting or professional services firms.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

- Proven experience in client relationship management and leadership of large teams.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
