About the Role:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 13 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a strong audit foundation. Exposure to financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or related deal-support functions will be a strong advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

- Analyze financial and operational results through review of MIS, records, and discussions with management.

- Conduct detailed analysis of balance sheet, P&L, cash flows, and working capital trends.

- Prepare accurate, review-ready Excel workpapers.

- Identify key business drivers, trends, variances, and operational KPIs.

- Perform benchmarking and industry research to support insights.

- Assist in financial due diligence, information memorandum drafting, and investor-facing workstreams.

Client Management:

- Collaborate with CXOs and investment teams to understand business context and key issues.

- Present insights, red flags, and findings clearly and concisely.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.

- Manage data flow, follow-ups, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Team Collaboration:

- Mentor junior team members and support on-the-job training.

- Participate in peer reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal capability building.

- Contribute to process improvements and standardisation across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 13 years PQE

- Strong audit background (experience in Big 4 or reputed mid-size firms preferred)

- Exposure to due diligence, MIS, FP&A, or transaction-oriented roles is a plus

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Clear and structured communication - written and verbal

- High ownership, disciplined time management, and ability to work under pressure

- Flexible to travel and manage dynamic project environments
