Salary Offered : 6 - 12 LPA Job Description Chartered Accountant: - Need to offer financial advice, audit accounts and provide trustworthy information about financial records. This might involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency, or accounting systems and processes. Responsibilities: - Responsible &amp; accountable for the preparation of financial &amp; management reports, Including the development &amp; maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, analysis &amp; interpretation of trends requiring managements attention, Overall responsible for Company Secretarial functions. - To conceptualize and drive the implementation of a robust cost model and financial controls for company by introducing leading practices and seek opportunities for generating revenues for company through these initiatives. - Experienced in formulating commercial strategy for the organization. - Provide the leadership with finance and accounting related advice and ensure compliance to financial related reporting and regulatory issues. - Control operating costs by ensuring cost effective planning and execution strategies. - Compilation of Accounts, Annual Budgets, Tax planning and execution. - Preparation and audit of centers P&amp;L and Balance Sheet. - Coordinating with auditors for conducting audits to ensure that accounts are prepared in accordance with the prevailing norms and implementing necessary recommendations. - Analysis on MIS reports and developing strategy to improve accounting system in Corporate. - Ensuring time to time readiness for Internal Audits &amp; compliances of Accounting and Statutory audit. - Regional budget finalization, analysis of budget variances and controls. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. - Support month- end and year- end close process - Manage and comply with local, state, and national government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Desired Candidates Profile: - Relevant work experience of 3 - 6 years with excellent academic background. Preferably with past experience working in an apparel manufacturer / retailer.
