Chartered Accountant - Accounts Control - Manufacturing Firm

We are hiring Accounts Controller for our manufacturing client based at Gurgaon.

Summary:

The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA, with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Statuary & Internal Audit, Compliances and MIS. This position would report to CEO with functional reporting to Group CFO.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day financial accounting, in ERP, preparation of financial statement for Statutory Auditor in Ind-AS.

- Timely producing accurate financial reporting, including monthly MIS, quarterly, and annual financial statements by coordinating with the internal accounts team in BAA.

- Responsible for coordinating on Internal Audits with internal team and internal auditor-Review of Audit observations and implementation of recommendations.

- Coordinating on Accounts receivables including foreign subsidiaries.

- Preparation of Budget in coordination with all departmental heads.

- Responsible for day-to-day statutory compliances in indirect and direct taxation.

- Coordinating and providing information, data as required to Group Corporate Finance.

Preferred Experience:

- Well-versed with IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and capable of managing various financial aspects of the company efficiently.

- Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.

- Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
