Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a Limited or Listed Company with an annual turnover of 100 crore or more. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, and leadership of finance teams.
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements
- Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning
- Lead and guide the finance and accounts team ensuring timely and accurate closings
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Review and finalise Balance Sheets, P&L, and other statutory reports
- Oversee quarterly and annual results preparation, including notes and disclosures for publication
- Liaise with auditors on key audit issues, resolutions, and non-routine matters including transitions to new accounting standards
- Supervise the filing and review of annual Income Tax Returns (ITRs) with consultants
- Manage tax assessments, submissions, and brief reviews with consultants
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance for GST, TDS, and ROC filings
- Coordinate and review board meeting agendas, minutes, and corporate disclosures
- Handle corporate compliance and reporting for subsidiary companies
- Experience in a Listed or Public Limited Company is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exposure to financial reporting and governance in large, structured environments
