Ram Fincorp - Chartered Accountant

Role Overview:

Ram Fincorp is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in financial services and lending. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our team and support financial reporting, accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the NBFC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial schedules.

- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances and filings.

- Support RBI-related financial reporting and regulatory compliance applicable to the NBFC.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.

- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-account reconciliations.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and internal audits.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal financial controls.

- Monitor expenses, identify discrepancies, and support cost-control initiatives.

- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure timely submission of reports to management.

- Assist in implementing and improving finance processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
