Job Description :
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4- 6 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations.
- Perform account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and general ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
- Support business teams by providing financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 4- 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, MIS preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in manufacturing, services, IT, or consulting industries.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or process automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnering.
- Familiarity with Power BI or advanced Excel reporting is an added advantage.
