Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization through accurate reporting, financial analysis, compliance management, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets to senior management

- Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes

- Monitor budget vs actual performance and explain key variances

- Manage day-to-day cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and implement audit recommendations

- Improve financial systems, controls, and workflows for efficiency and automation

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banks, vendors, and auditors

- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to credit, liquidity, currency, and controls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software / ERP systems

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines

Preferred Background:

- Experience in corporate finance / manufacturing / trading / services industry

- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / Tally / Netsuite

- Strong process improvement mindset
