About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial excellence. This role offers the opportunity to go beyond reporting- contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with business leaders to support data-driven decisions.

What you will do?

- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.

- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring revenue compliance with accounting standards;

- Developing strategies that work to minimise revenue related risk

- Assisting in preparation of revenue MIS.

- Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

- Coordinating with the auditors and finalising the financial statements;

- Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;

- Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;

- Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

- Implement and should possess knowledge in internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)

- In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

What we are looking for?

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience

- Strong command over financial reporting, planning, and stakeholder management

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Tally/SAP; Power BI is a plus

- Excellent communication and business partnering skills

- Dealing with Big four auditors
