Job Description:

We are looking for high-performing Chartered Accountants (Jan 2026 pass-outs) who have completed their articleship from Big4 / Big6 firms and preferably hold an All India Rank (AIR) in the CA examination. The role involves working across audit, accounting, compliance, and financial reporting while supporting key financial processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support statutory audit and financial statement preparation in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP.

- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and accounting reviews to ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Assist in regulatory and statutory compliance, including tax and corporate filings.

- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management presentations.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles.

- Work on process improvements and automation opportunities within finance operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Audit procedures

- Understanding of Corporate Compliance and Regulatory frameworks

- Experience in financial statement analysis and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

Preferred Profile:

- CA Jan 2026 pass-out

- Articleship from Big4 / Big6 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO)

- All India Rank (AIR) holders preferred

- Strong academic background
