Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant with years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank, ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Prepare and support tax filings and returns as per regulatory timelines
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support annual audits
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting software
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
