Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial planning activities. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance, maintain financial accuracy, and support key business decisions through robust financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end/year-end closure.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.
- Implement strong internal financial controls and asset safeguarding measures.
- Conduct cost analysis and variance monitoring.
Audit & Compliance:
- Lead and support internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Taxation (Direct & Indirect):
- Manage all TDS, GST, and Income Tax related compliance.
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns accurately and on time.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and appeals.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support long-term financial planning and resource allocation.
Advisory & Strategy:
- Provide financial guidance for business decisions and operational improvements.
- Evaluate investment feasibility, ROI, and financial risks.
- Ensure efficient use of funds and financial resources.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) - mandatory.
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and statutory laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
