Chartered Accountant

Description: We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of IND AS and Listing Compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance for listed or pre-listed entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per IND AS requirements.

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors.

- Handle listing compliances, disclosures, and SEBI-related requirements.

- Review and ensure accuracy in accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations.

- Support management in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Assist in quarterly and annual financial closures.

- Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of IND AS and Listing Regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 24 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in listed or large-scale corporate environments preferred.
