Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing consolidated balance sheets, drafting, and finalizing books of accounts.

- Experience with scrutiny and raid cases is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review consolidated balance sheets and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Draft and finalize books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Conduct thorough audits and financial reviews, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper adjustments.

- Handle scrutiny cases and raid cases, providing expert guidance and support during investigations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial practices align with regulatory standards.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation laws.

- Proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.

- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance.
