Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits to join our Chartered Accountant firm.

The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation, along with hands-on experience in handling audits, compliance, and representations before tax authorities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, Income Tax Returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.

- Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.

- Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.

- Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.

- Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.

- Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.

- Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and drafting abilities.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
