Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and tax requirements (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit and tax audit.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Handle cost control, financial risk assessment, and internal financial controls.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations on financial planning, cost optimization, and investments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent command over ERP/Accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified from ICAI.
- 4 to 5 of post-qualification experience in Accounting/Finance/Audit/Taxation (for fresher to junior roles).
Working Day: Monday to Friday & Saturday (half day)
Timing: 9:00 am 6:30 pm
