Chartered Accountant

- Preparation of investment reports and periodic financial statements

- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders for compliance, audits, and statutory filings

- Oversight of investments, trusts, and real estate holdings from a reporting standpoint

- Involvement in family office functions including wealth management, investment analysis, and portfolio reporting

- Handling direct taxation (personal and corporate) and supporting tax planning

- Managing finance and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (Final cleared) with 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and reporting

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills

-Strong understanding of investments, taxation, and wealth management principles

- Ability to coordinate with auditors and consultants effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Alternative Profile (CA Intern - M&A Focus)

- Candidates who have completed internships/articleship in Mergers & Acquisitions with reputed firms such as EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, BDO, Grant Thornton will be considered

- Strong exposure to financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and investment structuring preferred
