JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a junior Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and regulatory filings.

- Manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Optimize financial processes and provide strategic insights for cost control and revenue growth.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.

- Develop and implement financial policies, risk management strategies, and internal controls.

- Support senior management with financial planning and decision-making.

- Handle payroll, vendor payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure company adherence.

Requirements:

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other financial software.

- Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
