About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team based in Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the preparation and consolidation of financial reports, MIS reporting, and strategic financial management for a diversified group of companies. This role demands a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and multi-entity financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual entities and the consolidated group.

- Generate and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports to support strategic business decisions.

- Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal deadlines.

- Consolidate financials across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Oversee compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants for audits and compliance reviews.

- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process with data-driven insights.

- Monitor key financial metrics, business performance indicators, and recommend strategic improvements.

- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal financial controls.

- Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations within the group structure.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in group or multi-business organizations

- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

- Proficiency in financial systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, and advanced MS Excel skills

- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and other applicable laws

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in complex group structures or multi-entity businesses

- Exposure to ERP implementations or digital finance transformation initiatives

- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in high-pressure environments
