Job Summary

The Sr. Manager of Accounts and Finance is in charge of all accounting activities, both financial and managerial. This covers all areas of operations, guarantees that financial controls are sustained, produces timely financial statements and performance reports, and assists departments with their annual budgets, reviews, and internal controls.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must.

- ICWA, CS , CIMA any certification is a plus.

- At least 1 year of post CA experience in Financial Management and Accounting Skills.

- Excellent IFRS and accounting knowledge.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to take charge of our accounting and finance functions. The Senior Manager Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting acumen, a strong grip on financial strategies, and hands-on experience in managing audits, financial statements, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts.

- Ensure statutory compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory bodies.

- Supervise internal and external audits and ensure timely closure.

- Ensure accuracy in accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, and ledger management.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Prepare financial forecasts, including long-term plans and short-term budgets.

- Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and liquidity planning to ensure adequate working capital.

- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for domestic and international banking operations.

- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies.

- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with departmental heads.

- Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Evaluate and improve risk management frameworks across business functions.

- Good understanding of export/import documentation, finance schemes, LCs, and customs regulations.

- Liaison with banks for export credit, foreign remittance, and compliance under FEMA guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Additional certifications such as ICWA, CS, or CIMA are an added advantage.

- 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in core Accounting and Financial Management roles.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.

- Familiarity with Tally ERP, SAP, or other financial ERP systems is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
