About the Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Resource to join our team.

- This remote role requires a strong blend of functional knowledge across key Oracle Financials modules and deep technical expertise in customizing, extending, and integrating the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications.

- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting, enhancing, and implementing Oracle Financials solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs, and ensuring the stability and performance of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with finance users and stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical design specifications.

- Module Configuration and Support: Provide expert functional support, configuration, and setup across the core Oracle Financials modules:

- General Ledger (GL): Manage Chart of Accounts design, setup, maintenance, consolidation, and financial reporting.

- Accounts Payable (AP): Configure invoice processing, payment methods, holds, and integration with purchasing.

- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage customer setup, billing, receipts application, and credit management.

- Fixed Assets (FA): Handle asset additions, adjustments, depreciation calculation, and retirements.

- Financial Accounting Hub (FAH): Design and implement accounting rules, journals, and subledger integrations within FAH.

- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, perform functional testing (unit, system, and integration testing), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive functional design documents, process flows, and end-user training materials.

- Technical Development and Customization: Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions, extensions, and modifications using various Oracle technical tools.

- Reporting: Create, modify, and optimize financial reports and documents using XML Publisher / BI Publisher Reporting.

- Programming: Develop complex database objects, stored procedures, functions, and packages using PL/SQL.

- Forms and Workflow: Customize existing Oracle Forms and develop or modify Workflow Customizations to automate business processes.

- User Interface Extensions: Develop and maintain custom pages and personalization within Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Interfaces and Data Migration: Develop and support inbound and outbound Interfaces and Data Conversions using standard Oracle APIs and custom loaders for data migration and system synchronization.

- Integration: Design and implement robust Integration experience (inbound/outbound) solutions with upstream ( supply chain) and downstream (data warehouse, banking) systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

Functional Expertise:

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Financials (EBS or Fusion).

Expert-level functional knowledge and implementation experience in:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.

Technical Expertise:

- Minimum of 5+ years of technical development experience within the Oracle ecosystem.

- Proficiency in PL/SQL for database development and performance tuning.

- Extensive experience with XML Publisher / BI Publisher Reporting for creating complex reports.

- Solid experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and personalization.

- Demonstrated experience with Forms and Workflow Customizations.

- Proven track record in developing complex Interfaces and Data Conversions (using SQL-Loader, Web Services, or FBDI).

- Strong experience designing and implementing system Integration experience (inbound/outbound) using various technologies (APIs, SOA, Web Services).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle Financials implementations.

- Knowledge of other Oracle EBS or Fusion modules ( Purchasing, Projects).

- Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Financials certification.

- Experience working in a remote capacity with cross-functional teams
