About The Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Channels Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience in Retail and Digital Transformation initiatives within the banking domain.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Conversational Banking, Sales & Servicing Journeys, and the end-to-end transformation lifecycle - from strategy to execution.
- As a Transformation BA, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for channel transformation initiatives.
- Drive the analysis and design of Retail and Digital Banking processes, focusing on Sales, Servicing, and Conversational Banking capabilities (chatbots, AI-assisted servicing)
- Conduct detailed as-is and to-be process mapping, identify gaps, and recommend optimal business and technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development teams.
- Partner with UX/UI and product design teams to ensure intuitive and customer-centric digital experiences.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solution quality and alignment with business expectations.
- Contribute to transformation roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives across digital channels (mobile, web, assisted, and conversational).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and Digital Banking transformation projects.
-Proven expertise in Channels Transformation, including Digital, Branch, Mobile, and Conversational Banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Servicing Journeys, customer lifecycle management, and digital onboarding.
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment, collaborating with product owners, developers, and testers.
- Excellent documentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
