Profile Summary: Channelplay is one of India's leading channel management organizations providing a full range of services designed to help our clients sell better from their retail and other channels. Our Sales Staffing and Sales Recruitment services are focused around helping clients get access to high-quality sales manpower. Channelplay currently hires around 500 people every month for it's contract staffing business, as well as for fulfilling client mandates in our recruitment solutions business. This is done through a team of field recruiters and regional recruitment managers. This position is to lead this national team and ensure good management and fulfillment of our growing requirements. Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Manage team of frontline recruiters to deliver KPIs of recruitment TAT and recruitment quality - Improve recruitment process and systems with a vision of making it the best in the country - Set-up and manage channels of recruitment through relationships with campuses, training institutes etc. - Develop and build a great team that may gradually grow to over 50 frontline recruiters Skills &amp; Experience Required for Success in This Role: Operational management: Ability to manage hiring process for 200+ positions at any given time. The ideal candidate will have effectively managed scale and complexity in the past. Team management. Manage team of 20+ people with ability to ensure team members deliver on KPIs and consistently exceed expectations. Ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team and will know how to drive team-member performance. Strategic thinking &amp; execution. Ability to conceptualize and implement fundamental changes to drive excellence. Ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying systemic problems, and conceptualizing and implementing processes and systems that solve the problems. He/she will also have an entrepreneurial approach of identifying potential opportunities and taking steps to convert them to initiatives that benefit the organization. People development. Ability to hire great people and to manage and mentor them to build great teams. Ideal candidate will have developed a strongly loyal team in the past who would be willing to give credit for their career growth to him/her, and will possibly be willing to move with him/her anywhere.
