
Overview:
We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth by building and managing strong partnerships within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Bangalore market and be well-connected with key stakeholders in the high-value real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-value channel partners in the real estate sector.
- Leverage partner networks to source potential customers and drive business growth.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including property locations, pricing, and target customer segments.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and key market influencers.
- Monitor and manage the sales funnel, forecast opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Address and resolve partner issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Plan and execute on-ground sales and marketing activities (BTL initiatives) to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align strategies and deliver consistent business results.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate or related industries (e.g., interior design, property consulting, or luxury housing).
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and result-driven approach.
