Role Overview:

The Channel Sales Manager - US Markets (Cybersecurity / SaaS) will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the US market. This role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners, enabling them to effectively sell and support our client's cybersecurity solutions. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize channel performance. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth and market share within the US cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement channel sales strategies for the US market to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and managed service providers, to build a strong and productive partner network.

- Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enable them to effectively sell and support our client's cybersecurity solutions.

- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketing programs and sales initiatives to drive lead generation and increase sales conversion rates.

- Monitor channel partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management to identify areas for improvement and optimize channel performance.

- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess their performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges or concerns.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt channel sales strategies accordingly.

- Manage and resolve channel conflicts to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all partners and maintain positive relationships.

- Utilize CRM systems to track channel sales activities, manage partner relationships, and generate reports to support decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful channel sales strategies in the US market, specifically within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.

- Proven expertise in building and managing relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and managed service providers.

- Strong understanding of IT sales processes, solution selling methodologies, and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to generate leads and drive sales through channel partners.

- Experience: 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
