About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with strategic channel partners to drive revenue and market expansion.

This role involves building strong partnerships, creating go-to-market strategies, and achieving sales targets through indirect channels including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

You will serve as the main point of contact for channel partners and will be responsible for driving partner performance, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilitie

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with the company's growth strategy.

- Develop and implement partner business plans with clear revenue and activity goals.

- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

- Train and support partners on products, services, pricing, and promotions.

- Provide partners with the resources and support needed to achieve sales goals, including demos, product literature, and marketing material.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and help improve sales capabilities through joint business planning.

- Drive sales through partner networks to achieve revenue targets.

- Track, forecast, and report on partner sales pipeline and performance.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing partner accounts.

- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.

- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback from partners with internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with channel agreements, policies, and pricing guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and opportunities in CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Monitor and resolve partner conflicts and ensure partner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5-10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling partner ecosystems in [industry: e. , SaaS, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, etc.

- Strong knowledge of channel sales models, sales processes, and partner lifecycle management.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with CRM and channel management tools.

- Ability to travel as required to engage with partners and attend events
