Channel Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners including brokers, DSAs, IPCs, and property consultants.
- Ensure effective partner segmentation, engagement, and performance tracking.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Generation:
- Drive consistent sales performance through the channel network.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for partners; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to provide necessary support, training, and resources to partners.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure sustained business.
