Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the overall sourcing org structure (CP managers, corporate tie-ups, activations)
- Develop incentive frameworks for CPs aligned with business goals
- Personally engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners to drive quick closures
- Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers and executives
- Drive CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms
- Report CP sourcing contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue share)
Key Deliverables:
- Sourcing team setup within 6 months
- 50-70% contribution of sales from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark)
- Strong corporate partnership pipeline
Regular CP meets & event calendar
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/Graduate with strong sales background
- Extensive CP network across Ahmedabad & Gujarat
- Proven track record of scaling CP-driven business
- Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills
