Job Description:
We are appointing city-level channel partners to represent a connected group of inclusion and talent businesses across India.
The partner builds and owns the corporate relationship in their territory, and originates and supports delivery across three lines of work.
Role & Responsibilities:
- An inclusion certification standard: a published, scored framework for assessing how inclusion actually works inside Indian organisations. 436 indicators across eight domains and eight sector modules, anchored in Indian statute and mapped to SEBI BRSR disclosure requirements. Owned by a registered Section 8 company.
- Lived-experience workshops and sensitisation programmes: corporate training and leadership sessions delivered by people who have lived the exclusion being discussed.
- A specialist recruitment practice: inclusive hiring mandates for organisations wanting to reach candidates conventional pipelines do not surface.
- A technology product: a SaaS platform.
Ideal Profile:
- 10 or more years in recruitment, HR services, corporate training, consulting or B2B sales.
- An established corporate network at CHRO, CEO or CSR decision-maker level in your city.
- Someone who wants to build and own something in their territory rather than take a salaried position.
- Comfortable with a performance-linked commercial structure.
