- Develop incentive frameworks aligned with company sales goals.

- Engage with top-tier CPs and institutional partners to drive quick business.

- Hire, mentor, and build a high-performance sourcing team.

- Drive CP activation via events, training, loyalty programs, and digital integrations.

- Deliver sourcing contribution reports (visits, bookings, revenue).

Ideal Profile:

- MBA/Graduate with 7-12 years of real estate sales experience.

- Minimum 5+ years leading CP/Sourcing for a reputed developer.

- Extensive CP network in Ahmedabad & Gujarat.

- Proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
