
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and expand the channel partner ecosystem including distributors, VARs, and resellers
- Drive partner-led revenue growth and support market expansion initiatives
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with business strategy
- Build a joint sales pipeline and execute co-selling initiatives with partners
- Enable partners on Supermicros Edge, AI, and data center solutions
- Monitor partner performance, engagement, and overall revenue contribution
- Collaborate with direct sales teams for effective account coverage and deal closure
- Maintain regular pipeline updates along with reporting and forecasting
Preferred candidate profile :
- 10-16 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
- Strong network within the IT channel ecosystem
- Experience in servers, storage, or data center solutions
- Proven ability to drive indirect sales revenue growth
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- MBA preferred; Bachelors degree required
