We're seeking a dynamic Partner & Channels Manager to join our India domestic partner team. This role is pivotal, involving the leadership and cultivation of our India-based partnerships, establishing a robust partner network, and amplifying companies presence across all Indian regions. In addition to forging enterprise-focused partnerships in tandem with the field team, you'll also be responsible for devising a commercial model to target mid and commercial enterprises in India through our partner network. As an authority in our Service Product, a cornerstone of our Unified CXM Platform, you will drive partnerships that centre on our comprehensive service solutions. Collaborating closely with India's partner ecosystem, you'll unearth fresh opportunities, nurture partner-qualified leads, and cultivate trusted relationships that fuel global growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee a team committed to building and nurturing robust relationships within India's CCaaS & contact center landscape. Foster clear alignment with business goals, enhancing communication, collaboration, and coordination. Business Development & Pipeline: Leverage your expertise in the Care/Service & contact center ecosystem to drive partner-qualified pipeline and closed revenue. Technical Proficiency: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Service solutions, enabling you to expertly position and advocate for our products. Process Enhancement: Establish effective processes and workflows with Indian CCaaS & contact center partners, streamlining interactions for optimized partner engagement. Enablement & Support: Lead training and enablement sessions to equip partners with the knowledge needed to effectively represent and sell Companies Service products. Collateral & Sales Support: Collaborate with diverse teams to craft compelling sales materials, presentations, and technical documentation. Address technical aspects of partner-driven RFPs and RFIs. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and CCaaS solutions' distinctive features. Skills & Experience: Partnership & Sales Expertise: Leverage your 8-10+ years of partnership and sales experience to catalyze growth through Indian CCaaS & Contact centre players. Network & Ecosystem: Capitalize on your established network within the Indian partner ecosystem to fuel dynamic business expansion. Relationship Management: Possess exceptional skills in account and relationship management, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful outcomes. Care/Service Technology Proficiency: Bring a wealth of expertise in the Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) industry to drive impactful partnership strategies. Effective Communication: Articulate intricate concepts with clarity through exceptional written and oral communication.
