Channel Manager - IFA & MFD - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for driving Passive (ETF & Index) sales across all sales channels at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Passive (ETF & Index) sales in the given location.

- Continuously coordinate with Regional Heads, Centre Heads & RMs to push Passive drive in the respective zones and train RMs for passive market share.

- Track & report Passive performance (MIS, dashboards).

- Maintain micro level MIS for respective Zone.

Strategic Alliances:

- Tie up with existing distributors and identify new age distribution models to recruit them for passive funds.

- Conduct event and training workshops.

- Run product specific campaigns across sales verticals.

- Communicate with all distributors with the help of sales team and position passive products.

- Identify new MFDs/RIAs and provide end to end support in setting up business platform for them.

- Initiate dialogues on partnerships and deliverables with potential channel partners and lead their acquisition to increase the distribution reach of company's passive products.

- Identify new avenues like digital platforms through which company's passive product portfolio can be introduced.

Operations & Process:

- Liaise with operations and tech team and aid sales team to execute ETF deals.

- Set up customized distributor specific transaction processes.

- Resolve all the ongoing and existing issues with respect to transactions flow, brokerages or process flow.

- Liaise with operations, compliance and technical teams to revamp existing processes.

- Assess prevailing market condition & identify right product mix for each and every sales segment.

- Directly responsible to drive day to day incremental AAUM of the Business.

- Drive NFO campaigns to maximize base AAUM.

- Run campaigns to bring incremental AAUM scheme wise.
