- Position: Corporate & Channel Sales Manager
- Location: Assam & Meghalaya

- We are looking to hire a Corporate & Channel Sales Manager for Assam & Meghalaya State, responsible for driving new business opportunities and achieving high-value sales targets in both the Corporate and Channel (ISP) segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Internet Leased Line (ILL) connectivity to corporates and government organizations.
- Generate bulk Internet bandwidth sales to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and ensure revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales independently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain market awareness of competitors, pricing trends, and potential business zones.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA with 4 - 6 years of sales experience in ISP, Telecom, or IT Infrastructure industry.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, channel sales, or enterprise connectivity business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently without team dependency.
- Must be familiar with the geography and corporate landscape of Meghalaya (especially Shillong and nearby regions).
Performance Expectation:
- Candidate should be capable of generating 10X business every month compared to their monthly salary.
- Strong business acumen and ability to convert potential leads into long-term accounts.
- High sense of ownership and accountability towards assigned territory and targets.
Experience: Minimum 5 year
