Role Overview :


As a Channel Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, ensuring strong distribution partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail, online, and offline channels, ensuring our products reach a wider audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a robust channel strategy to drive sales and brand visibility.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.

- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize sales performance across multiple channels, ensuring effective inventory and pricing management.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.

- Track key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance channel performance and maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

- 6+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG sectors.

- Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distribution models.

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage partnerships.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
