Seasoned player is building a new high-trust, tech-driven marketplace for used commercial vehicles - one that simplifies transactions, accelerates deal closures, and brings structure to a traditionally fragmented ecosystem. The platform will enable seamless process flow for all transactions and stakeholders. The company is planning a national footprint, with quick scaling up of the ecosystem.


CHANNEL HEAD USED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES


Location: Worli, Mumbai


- Build and expand a high-quality dealer network across used commercial vehicles; maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealers and drive their on-going engagement and performance


- To lead ground operations and drive dealer performance, own execution across relationships, documentation, and deal flow


- Responsible for ensuring that every transaction dealer to buyer moves fast, transparently, and without friction; guide a team, build tight dealer networks, and ensure operational excellence at scale


- Understand dealer business models, inventory cycles, pricing behaviour, and negotiation styles; Resolve conflicts and ensure seamless communication between platform, dealers, and buyers


- Support the dealer for on-ground coordination for the end-to-end transaction cyclevehicle sourcing, buyer coordination, inspection alignment, documentation, and delivery; Build processes to reduce friction points and improve time-to-close


- Ensure dealer handles all documentation & compliance across RC transfer, hypothecation, permits, fitness, insurance, and NOCs for both dealer and buyer documentation


- Lead a team of operations executives; train, guide, and motivate them to hit targets


- Review daily performance metrics; implement corrective actions quickly; build standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain uniform execution across the team


- Map supply-demand gaps, pricing trends, and vehicle condition expectations; accurately profile buyers and match them with suitable inventory


- Drive adoption of CRM, marketplace tools, and digital workflows within your team and dealer network


- Share structured product feedback to improve dealer tools, listing flows, inspection modules, and documentation systems; work with product and business teams to tighten operational loops
