Channel Head - Sales - Banking

Position: Channel Head - AMC / Mutual Funds

Location: Coimbatore (PAN India candidates may apply)

Experience: 6-15 Years

CTC: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Mutual Fund sales, AUM growth, and revenue.

- Manage and expand the MFD/IFA/channel partner network.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor Relationship Managers/Sales Managers.

- Build strong relationships with distributors, HNI clients, and partners.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations and smooth sales operations.

- Analyze market trends and implement business growth strategies.

Requirements:

- 6-15 years in AMC/Mutual Fund industry.

- Strong experience in Channel Sales, MFD/IFA management, and business development.

- Proven team handling and leadership skills.

- Sound knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIPs, Wealth Management, and investment products.

- MBA/PGDM or Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business.

- NISM/AMFI certification preferred.
