About the Role:

As the Channel Acquisition Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact strategies to acquire and onboard new channel partners. This role is pivotal to expanding our reach and accelerating growth across India.

You will own the end-to-end partner acquisition lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. If you're a self-starter with deep experience in sales, distribution, or channel expansion especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments this role is for you.

What Youll Be Doing:

- Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement scalable strategies to recruit new Partners/Franchisee (VLs) and cohorts aligned with Vahans growth goals.

- Program Ownership: Build a robust acquisition playbook and lead its execution across markets and cohorts.

- Lifecycle Management: Own the complete lifecycle from identifying prospects to onboarding and supporting them through their first 90 days.

- Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding materials and frameworks that set partners up for success from Day 1.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Demand, Marketing, Product, Account Management, Finance, and Growth teams to drive seamless execution.

- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track program performance, and share actionable insights with leadership to optimize for scale.

- Relationship Building: Create a green channel for support and provide high-touch engagement during the critical early stages of partner activation.

- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and recommend adjustments to our acquisition approach.

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

- Have 8+ years of experience in sales or channel acquisition, especially in sectors like FMCG, Telecom, or large-scale operations.

- Have 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and change.

- Bring a strong understanding of distribution models and partner recruitment at scale.

- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive strategy and decision-making.

- Can influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

- Are a self-starter with high ownership, a strong bias for action, and a drive to win.
