About: - Develop Change Strategy: Create and execute robust Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans for various projects. - Assess Impact & Readiness: Conduct Change Impact Analysis to identify how changes will affect people and processes. Assess the organization's Change Readiness and develop strategies to address potential resistance. - Drive Adoption: Implement plans to ensure high rates of Change Adoption and user proficiency. - Communication & Engagement: Design effective communication and stakeholder engagement plans to build buy-in and maintain alignment. - Measurement: Define and track metrics to measure the success of change initiatives. What We're Looking For: - Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Change Management, OCM, or Organizational Change Management. - Good to Have Skills: Experience with Change Impact Analysis, Change Readiness, Change Adoption, or Change Strategy. PROSCI certification is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience is required post-Master's degree. - Education: A full-time MBA or Master's degree.
