Reporting to the Hon'ble Chancellor, the DG provides leadership to all non-teaching functions and shall be the Chief Operating Officer of the university. He shall oversee and monitor the administration of the non-teaching functions and general administration of the university to ensure efficiency and good order of the university.

- Strategy and Action Plan to meet Student Career Aspirations along with 100% Student Success.

Requirements:
- Master's or doctorate degree in public administration, business management, education, or a related field.
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, organizational transformation, and team leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in government, education, non-profit, or international organizations is highly desirable.
