What We're Looking For :

- Independent thinkers who are not constrained by conventional research frameworks someone who asks better questions, not just sharper spreadsheets.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine commitment to long-term learning and intellectual growth.

- Passion for on-the-ground, primary research including industry visits, channel checks, and deep stakeholder conversations.

- Versatility and strong problem-solving instincts, comfortable working in dynamic and unstructured environments.

- A voracious reader with wide-ranging intellectual interests business, science, history, or anything that sharpens how you see the world.

- Genuine interest in applying technology to investment research not as a buzzword, but as a practical edge.

- Willingness to be mentored, to ask questions openly, and to invest in mastering the craft of deep research.

Preferred Profile :

- Educational background in MBA or CA, ideally complemented by an engineering or science background.

- 1-3 years of work experience in the technology or life sciences industry is a meaningful advantage.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern data and research tools with the curiosity to keep pushing the frontier.
