Chalo - City Head

Location: Telangana

This is not an operations role. This is a city transformation mandate.

You will lead Chalo's end-to-end project operations with TGSRTC - driving digital ticketing adoption, operational excellence, stakeholder trust, and strong city-level profitability.

If you enjoy building from the ground up, solving real-world problems daily, and working at the intersection of government + mobility + technology, this role is for you.

Your Mission:

- Lead end-to-end project execution across all modules

- Build robust on-ground operational processes

- Build and empower high-performing city teams

- Drive digital adoption at scale (app + digital ticketing)

- Deliver strong EBITDA performance for the city

Skills Required:

- Project Management & detailed execution planning

- Strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution

Ideal Background (Preferred, not mandatory)

- 5-10 years of experience in operations / project management / mobility / logistics / government projects

- Experience managing large ground teams

- Exposure to transport, public sector, fintech, infra or mobility is a strong plus
